Entrepreneur & Co‑Founder
Identifying opportunities and helping transform ideas into sustainable businesses.
Entrepreneur, co‑founder, investor and mentor. My journey began at 17 alongside my brother and has grown through trusted partnerships, calculated risks, shared ambition and a willingness to keep learning.
Built through partnerships. Guided by values. Always learning.
Entrepreneur, co‑founder, investor and mentor — different roles across the journey, guided by one consistent set of values.
Identifying opportunities and helping transform ideas into sustainable businesses.
Building established enterprises while investing in selected new businesses and real‑estate opportunities.
Creating long‑term relationships based on trust, shared responsibility and complementary strengths.
Sharing practical lessons from more than three decades of entrepreneurship, mistakes, risks and growth.
Remaining curious, adaptable and willing to learn from people, markets and changing circumstances.
Staying grounded through family, while recognising that health provides the energy behind every other ambition.
I began my entrepreneurial journey alongside my brother — the start of a business relationship rooted in trust, shared responsibility and complementary strengths.
Years spent understanding products, customers, international sourcing, negotiation and the realities of building businesses from the ground up.
V‑TAC was co‑founded with partners, with the ambition of making innovative, energy‑efficient lighting accessible across international markets.
Together with partners and teams, V‑TAC grew into an international brand operating across numerous markets and product categories.
The journey expanded into renewable energy, technology, distribution, e‑commerce, real estate, construction and selected new opportunities.
I continue to build with partners, invest in calculated opportunities, mentor people and stay open to learning from every new chapter.
My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 17, alongside my brother. From the beginning, I learned that entrepreneurship is not simply about having an idea. It is about recognising an opportunity, understanding the risks, finding the right people and having the courage to execute.
Partnership has been deeply rooted in my journey. Most of the businesses I have helped build have been created with partners, and I would never feel comfortable claiming their success as mine alone. Every partner, colleague and team member has brought a different strength to the journey.
After years of experience in trading, sourcing and international business, I co‑founded V‑TAC in 2009. Together with our partners and teams, we developed the brand across international markets and gradually expanded into lighting, renewable energy, smart technology and other sectors.
Our growth has not come from taking reckless chances. It has come from identifying opportunities, understanding the downside and taking calculated risks. Not every decision works perfectly, but every experience creates a lesson. Markets evolve, technology evolves and people evolve — and the willingness to adapt and keep learning has carried me through different industries and stages of life.
Today, my focus is not only on building businesses. It is also on creating strong partnerships, investing in meaningful opportunities, mentoring people, maintaining my health and staying grounded in family. I am still learning, still building and still looking forward to the next chapter.
“Most of what I have built has been built with partners.
My first venture began with my brother, and many of the businesses that followed were also developed with partners. I have never believed that meaningful businesses are built alone.
Strong partnerships are created when people bring different strengths but share the same intent — they require trust, transparency, respect, patience and the willingness to stand together through difficult periods, not only successful ones.
A good partner does more than share an investment; a good partner shares responsibility and brings another perspective. For me, the quality of a partnership is often more important than the size of an opportunity.
Businesses, industries and opportunities may change, but the values guiding my decisions have stayed consistent. These five priorities have helped me grow personally and professionally.
My foundation — perspective, responsibility, emotional strength and the reason behind much of what I build.
The energy, discipline and clarity required to contribute meaningfully to family, business and life.
The right partners multiply strengths, balance weaknesses and make the whole journey more meaningful.
Sharing what experience has taught me — helping others avoid mistakes, see possibilities and grow with confidence.
However much experience we gain, there is always something new to understand. Curiosity has been central to my growth.
Over the years, I have helped build and invest in businesses across several industries. These ventures have been developed through partnerships, teams, calculated risk and the ability to recognise changing market opportunities.

Most meaningful things are not built alone.
I do not claim to have every answer. But more than three decades of entrepreneurship — successes and mistakes — have given me experiences that may help someone else. I enjoy mentoring founders, colleagues and younger professionals.
Building relationships that last.
Recognising what is truly worth pursuing.
Thinking clearly and calmly when it matters.
Turning mistakes into resilience and lessons.
“Mentoring is a two‑way street — every conversation
teaches me something too.
To me, legacy is not about individual credit. It is about the relationships we create, the values we protect, the people we help develop and the lessons we pass forward — built with people who helped make it possible.
Building resilient organisations that create long‑term value.
Developing relationships that endure beyond individual transactions.
Helping others become more capable, confident and independent.
Remaining grounded and passing values to the next generation.
Continuing to evolve rather than believing the journey is complete.
Behind every professional milestone is the support, responsibility and perspective that family provides. Family keeps me grounded and reminds me that business is only one part of a meaningful life.
“My belief in partnership began with my brother, at 17 — and family is where my values continue to be reinforced.”
